What to see and do in Brazil
Even though Brazil covers almost half of South America most of its residents live on the coast. Residents of Brazil range of ethnic orientation and economic status. Because people and the lush landscape, Brazil is a fabulous place to visit.
One of the most popular places to visit when in Brazil is Rio de Janeiro. This city is known as the wonderful city and has one of the most beautiful places in the world. It has with beautiful beaches and stunning views.
While in Rio you can see the Christ the Redeemer who is at the top of Corcovado.
There are also a multitude beaches that can be visited according to their lifestyle. Major Rivers Arpoador include beaches, Barra da Tijuca, Botafogo, Flamengo, Leblon, Leme, Pepino and Vidigal.
Rio is also home to some wonderful museums, including the National History Museum. However, the Museu de Arte Moderna Rio de Janeiro houses the largest collection Brazil's leading modern art. If you are interested in learning more about Brazilian history, be sure to visit the Museu da República.
Other great city is Sao Paulo. It is the largest city in South America with more than 17 million people, Brazil is financial, commercial and industrial heart. As a tourist, you not want to miss is famous nightlife and shopping opportunities queue.
Salvador de Bahia is the state capital and is divided into upper and lower sections. This city is perfect for a long hike for most museum of Salvador, palaces and churches are concentrated in Upper City. This is also the place to find find local crafts. Head for the Mercado Modelo to find the best in Brazil, with a focus on rich African flavors. Salvador is known as the Music Center Brazil and other big clubs and bars with live music from Brazil.
If you are interested in exploring underground lakes such as Lago Azul and see spectacular waterfalls, be sure to visit the Diamantina National Park.
Travel to northern Brazil and you can visit the Amazon River. You can also visit one of the largest the world and most spectacular falls located in Paraguay, Argentia and Brazil meet. If you're more interested in seeing some exotic wildlife, be sure to visit Pantanal Wetlands. The vast area extends into Bolivia and Paraguay.
A heavenly village is located on the coast Jericocoara. While you can not take in the breathtaking views sparkling white sand-dune desert and a beautiful turquoise sea.
Brazil 's capital, Brasilia, and has much to offer the tourist as the cities of Rio and Sao Paulo or the Northeast. However, there is some interesting architecture to see. A guided tour is recommended if you want to venture into the capital.
If you are lucky enough to visit Brazil anywhere from December to March can participate in the Carnival of Bahia, which is a luxury holiday with memorable games, music and Latin American food. Rio Carnival takes place in February / March. Local residents dress in luxurious colorful costumes and is known as one of the major parties in the world to celebrate Lent.
