Fun Time in Argentina

Argentina is a big country placed in the region of South America, from Chile to the left, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay in the right side and Bolivia above it. This country really has to offer many different and interesting things for all tourists. You can do whatever you want including things like skiing, hiking and horseback riding. What ever you choose it will be an adventure for sure.

Before planning your trip first has to decide what you see and do, and how many things you can see and do on their vacation time. Decide if you want to go to the mountains or the sea (or country) and start thinking some concrete things, such as accommodation and flights.

What is the weather?

Weather in Argentina ranges from subtropical to cold winter it depends on what part of the country you are. It is difficult to talk generally about the weather in Argentina because it is different in different parts of the state. But I will try to inform over time you can expect another season.

The important thing to remember is that Argentina is placed in the southern hemisphere which means that the stations invest (when the winter is in the U.S., it is summer in Argentina). The weather there can be very complicated and changes rapidly, especially in the parts that are near of the Andes. The weather there is very unpredictable, thus care should be a source of rainfall and floods are often and extreme heat or snow are rare but not either.

Above all, Argentina is a beautiful country with pleasant weather, but there are parts you can avoid. The south is very cold and the winters can be brutal so be careful. No need to go further south (unless you want to for some reason) because most of the hotels and attractions are closed.

Of course, the seasons with most attractions are summer and winter. Especially nice is the Patagonia. It is very mild throughout the year with many attractions, but can also be very unpredictable and can change drastically without warning.

Few things you should try to remember is that the seasons are reversed which means that summer lasts from December to March and winter lasts from June to July. If you are looking for more pleasant weather that despite everything must come in March, April, September, October and November.

The crowds in Argentina

Unfortunately the crowd is hard to avoid, unless you want to go in the offseason. Yes, the high season and the holiday season of the crowd is inevitable. So, if you do not like crowds do not go during the summer or winter holidays. Or if you should try of being in a place outside the city.

Fun time in Argentina

The choice is yours because there are things that can not be done in Argentina. In fact, there is something for everyone. To get you started, here are some things you can do for season:

Autumn (April-May)
Patagonia – Tourism, especially in the northern part
Northwest – trekking, horse riding
Northeast – visiting Iguassu Falls

Winter (June-August)
North Patagonia / Mendoza – skiing
Northeast – Iguassu Falls
Northeast – visiting the sub-tropical forest (Yungas)

Spring (September to November)
Buenos Aires – The most beautiful season, especially in November with the jacaranda trees in bloom
Patagonia – The whales come to Peninsula Valdes
Cuyo – the time to visit the vineyards and taste wine
Pampas – Visit the estancias and taste great barbecues (barbecue)

Summer (January-February)
Patagonia – trekking, riding riding, general sightseeing, fishing
Parana River – Fishing
Beaches – do nothing
Andes – trekking, climbing, horseback
Cordova – Enjoy the mountain

The cheapest time to visit

We can divide the flow of tourists into two parts – the high season (most visited) and low season (less visited). Of course, many people are here in high season (December to February and July-August) for the most appropriate climate, but, the same reason the prices are the greatest during this time. So if you want to avoid high prices will have to avoid the high season. That is leading us to the low season (September, April and June) where we lower prices and less crowded. But the climate in the offseason is not as good, but bad either. Unfortunately, everything is about money. It's your choice and you know better what can and can not afford.

That's Comment

Ok, you have all the information base, now you can start with the actual planning and booking your flight and find the right accommodation.

Bon voyage!
